Over the last decade + Jon Ray has enjoyed every aspect of making a film come to life, from directing, shooting and hunkering down in an editing bay. Starting his ply in the wintery months of North America in the snowboard industry, he created films for the likes of Adidas, The North Face, Smith Optics and so on. Building on this passion, he helped start a creative agency servicing the outdoor industry, Subjekt Objekt in Portland, Oregon.

For love and to broaden his horizons he then moved to Melbourne, Australia. Finding his feet in fashion, he executed extensive freelance video branding with clothing brands like Aussie icons Neuw Denim and Quiksilver. This landed him a full-time position at the latter headquarters in Southwest France as Global Creative Content Editor.

Now back in his native lands of the US as a freelancer he’s enjoying all that the surrounds of the Texas lands have to offer, while creating everything from docu-series’, commercials, to artist portfolios and nature docos. Get in touch for any video needs, local or global.
